Program Overview
The program’s goal is to provide
comprehensive therapeutic, evaluative,
and case management services to families
at risk for homelessness.
According to a study conducted by the
National Coalition for the Homeless,
families comprise 40% of the homeless
population in the United States.
Our agency is dedicated to working with
these families and providing services to
make sure these parents and children
receive the resources needed to ensure a
better tomorrow.
Objectives
Our agency focuses on the personcentered
needs that have to be addressed.
These needs include but not limited to:

Psychiatric assessments are provided
by a board certified psychiatrist.
Psychiatric assessments are used to
determine when other services may be
needed that can improve the client’s
quality of life.
The Agency provides psychological
assessments for children, adolescents
and adults.
We provide assessment of the client’s
strengths as well as the impediments
to optimal functioning, in order to
provide recommendations for an
enhanced level of functioning.
Through case management, our agency
can connect families with an array of
resources throughout Union County.
