Bill joined FACS in 1990 as the agency’s Executive Director. Prior to coming to FACS, his experience included Executive Director positions with Vermont Children's Aid Society, Welcome House in Pennsylvania],and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Delaware. He also served as a consultant to the NJ Division of Youth& Family Services, Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families, National Adoption Center in Pennsylvania and International Social Service].In addition to his administrative responsibilities at FACS, Bill serves or has served in other community roles, e.g. Union County Human Services Advisory Council UCDHS Adolescent Committee Family Service Association of New Jersey[board member],Families and Community Together, member of state and county child welfare reform/planning groups He has also served as a member of the Rotary Club of Elizabeth and the Community Advisory Board of the Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield. .He has an MSW from the University of Maryland Graduate School of Social Work & Community Planning,and has been a member of NASW's Academy of Certified Social Workers since 1975.

Maureen joined FACS in 2007 and currently oversees the agency’s operations. Prior to coming to FACS, Maureen worked with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals developing externally focused partnership programs with key healthcare associations. She has also served as the Executive Director of a national association of physicians, was Deputy Director of the office of legal services of the State Bar of California and served as Director of an inpatient psychiatric facility in Massachusetts which was in the process of deinstitutionalization. She has served on several boards of directors, is a staunch community activist and at the request of the governments of the former Soviet republics of Georgia and Armenia, consulted with them on the first two judicial examinations given in those countries. She is a graduate of the New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing and received her MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
