Family & Children’s Services Refund Policy
It is the policy of Family and Children’s Services that a gift may be refunded either because it is in the best interest of the agency or because conditions agreed to in accepting a gift cannot or will not be met.
Requests for refunds may come from the donor or charitable institution and must include a statement of reason addressed to the Board.
